Membership
Membership is exclusive to our Village Hill community. This helps to make it easier to talk openly and build trust — essential for a healthy, vibrant, supportive community.
You must agree to our Terms of Service to register and/or use this website.
If you live, have a business in or are otherwise closely associated with Village Hill, you can request an account on our website by filling out the registration form. We will verify your association with Village Hill prior to acceptance.
Responsibility
All content posted is the property and responsibility of the person who posted it.
Privacy
Please be judicious about what you post on this website. Do not post private, sensitive or confidential information.
We will share any contact and profile information you provide with other members of the community via our Member Directory. We do not share information we have collected with anyone outside the community.
While reasonable effort is made to restrict access to members, privacy is not guaranteed.
Termination
While debate among well-meaning members is encouraged, any content or behavior that does not on the whole support our purpose will not be tolerated. No activity that is illegal or offensive to the community as a whole is allowed.
Village Hill Community reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, United States.
Changes to This Agreement
Village Hill Community reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Village Hill Community site immediately.
