General Structure of the VHHN Board of Directors

Per the bylaws section 2.A (see pages 238-240), the Village at Hospital Hill-North Board of Directors is comprised of 5 members:

  • 1 member representing the commercial business owners
  • 1 member representing The Community Builders (TCB)
